ATX - Client File Upload Instructions

How to find your ATX data files and compress them to a .zip

📘 Note: In the article, there are 'xx' fields. Replace these with the expected tax year of the data you are uploading!

📁 Zip ATX Files (ATX 20xx)

  • Your ATX files will be located at C:\ProgramData\Wolters Kluwer\ATX 20xx Server\ATX 20xx Files\FormsetData by default.

  • Navigate to this folder in Windows File Explorer.

  • Right-click on the FormsetData folder and click "Compress to..." -> ZIP File (see Screenshot below)

📥 Upload the ZIP file to Truss!

Navigate to the Organizer Uploads page and upload your backup file to Truss!

⏸️ If your backup file exceeds 6 GB, please contact Support.
