Client Project Access Options

You can provide the client with access to a Project in a number of ways! You can email the link, copy the link, and create an OTP code if the client is having trouble receiving it.

 

  1. While inside the Project, click the Contact bubble to open Client Info.
  2. Click Client Project Access to access our access features!
  3. Click Email link to send the client an email with their sign-in link.
  4. Click Copy link to copy the client's sign-in link to your clipboard.
  5. Click Manual OTP Code to generate a verification code to provide to the client if they're having trouble receiving the code.
  6. Click Invalidate links to immediately invalidate all the contact's project links. This can be done if access needs to be severed for the client for any reason.
