Solving Outlook Send Limits

If Microsoft locks your account due to email delivery, this article will walk you through the steps to resolve it!

In the Office 365 security portal:

  • From the left side panel, select

  • ​​Policies & Rules

    • Threat Policies

      • Anti-Spam

        • Anti-Spam Outbound Policy(Default)

        • Edit Protection Settings

        • Restriction placed on users who reach the sending limit

        • Drop down the setting and select “No action, alert only”.

      • Save the policy changes.
