Accessing the Report
Click on Payments to open the Stripe-integrated report.
Features
Invoices
1. Payment Settings allows you to control whether our system asks to save the client's payment information.
2. Click on the Invoices tab to access the report of linked invoices.
3. You can use the search bar to locate invoices by Project or Task name.
4. Use the navigational menu to move between pages.
5. The Invoice Name is the name of the relevant Task. You can sort alphabetically.
6. If a payment is recurring, it will be noted here.
7. The Amount of the invoice.
8. You can sort and view the Status of the invoice here.
Note: Pending statuses apply to ACH payments while we wait for confirmation.
9. How the invoice was paid is listed in the Payment Method column.
10. A link to the connected Project.
11. When the payment is marked as completed, we will apply the Payment Received Date.
12. If the invoice includes a Due Date, it will be listed here.
13. The firm can manually mark an invoice as paid.
14. You can export the payments to a CSV file, as All, Paid & Pending, or Unpaid.
Payments
1. Click on the Payments tab to access.
2. You can filter the report by Amount, Email, Date, Status, or Payment method by clicking on the items.
3. You can export the current, filtered results to CSV.
4. You can generate and send a full report of all canceled payments.
Balance
1. Click on the Balance tab to view the current balance to be paid out to Stripe. The available amount and next payout date will be listed here.
2. You can click Update to change the next payout date.
3. Click See details to view a breakdown of processing payments, total balance, and update the payout destination account.
