ProSystem FX - Client File Upload Instructions

How to find your ProSystem FX data files and compress them to a .zip

Zip ProSystem FX Files

  • Verify the data path for your ProSystem FX data files; Browse to find the correct location.

  • wfx32\client\24l) ProSystem FX data files is C:\wfx32\client\24l; however, if ProSystem FX is installed on a network drive or a local drive that is not C, the applicable drive letter is shown as the default. Example: If ProSystem FX is on network drive F, the default path is F:\wfx32\client\24l.)

  • Navigate to this folder in Windows File Explorer.

  • Right-click on the wfx32\client\24l folder and click "Compress to..." or "Send to" -> ZIP File

Upload the ZIP file to Truss!

Navigate to the Organizer Uploads page and upload your backup file to Truss!
