❗These options are only available to users with Full Access. If you do not have access to Organization Settings, you may need to reach out to a user with the correct access.
- 'Disallow email for One-Time-Passcodes' will prevent any MFA/OTP codes from being sent to your client via email. They will need a mobile phone number on file to complete security.
- 'Require One-Time-Passcode for all projects' will force all of your clients to complete OTP authentication before accessing their Projects.
- 'Require Two-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all firm users' will force all of your firm users to set up code verification in order to log in. If it is not currently set up, it will prompt them to set it up the next time they log in before proceeding.
