TaxSlayer - Client File Upload Instructions

Note: You will need to provide the TaxSlayer24 data

Create a client list ZIP file

• CLOSE TaxSlayer24

• Using the Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\TaxSlayer\2024Net\ (however, if TaxSlayer is installed on a network drive or a local drive that is not C, the applicable drive letter is shown as the default. Example: If TaxSlayer is on network drive F, the default path is F:\TaxSlayer\2024Net\.)

• Right click on the 2024Net directory -> Send to... -> Compressed ZIP

• Keep the above Windows Explorer window open, but move to the side.

• Open a browser window and log in to Truss -> https://app2.gettruss.io/

Upload the ZIP file to Truss!

Navigate to the Organizer Uploads page and upload your backup file to Truss!
